To cancel a reservation: click ‘My Account’ > ‘Schedule’ > ‘Cancel’

Running late or can’t make it to a workshop? That is okay! Please take time to cancel your registration to make room for someone else to join the class.

For these special offerings, if you cancel 24 hours or more before the workshop begins, you will be refunded your registration back into your account. If you cancel less than 24 hours before it begins or don’t show up, your account will remain charged.
