Taylor Paquin-Eichinger

Hi Yoga Sanctuary community! My name is Taylor (she/her/hers). 

I walked into my first yoga class in my mid-twenties while recovering from an injury, and I am so grateful that I did! In addition to helping my body find healing, my yoga practice has become a steady place for my mind and spirit to find ease and balance. As a public school music with a decade of experience, I understand how it feels to reach a state of imbalance and burnout. Yoga is a soft place to land, reconnect, and build resilience. I approach my practice with a beginner’s mindset – curious, thoughtful, and steady.

I completed Yoga Sanctuary’s 230-hour Holistic Yoga Teacher training in Spring of 2026, and I am filled with gratitude for the community I have found here over the past few years. I believe that yoga is for every body. I am passionate about creating a space where everyone feels welcome and included while walking alongside people in their journey toward physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I am honored to teach at Yoga Sanctuary and I look forward to meeting you!
