Sarah Campbell
Yoga Instructor
I discovered yoga in my mid-twenties and realized quickly how much I needed yoga in my life, as a person with a very busy mind and anxiety. Practicing yoga helps me connect my mind, body, and emotions, helps me accept myself as I am, and accept my fellow humans as they are. Nothing else has ever helped me feel more grounded, balanced, and at peace.
I completed my 230-hour Holistic Yoga Teacher Training in 2024 in the hope I could deepen my own practice and help others find greater peace within themselves and within their communities. Yoga teacher training gave me a greater appreciation of the depth of wisdom of yogic philosophy, which I found to be surprisingly accessible, practical, and (less surprisingly) helpful! I am constantly continuing my education, especially in regards to human anatomy, safety in yoga, and modifications and supportive use of props. I strive to help students be safe and comfortable as they also work towards greater flexibility and strength in their bodies, minds, and spirits.
I primarily practice and teach Hatha, Vinyasa, YinYang Yoga, and Restorative yoga, and I enjoy incorporating meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) into my classes. I am most at peace when I am in nature, and I love practicing and leading yoga outdoors!
