Holistic Youth Yoga

Ages 11-16

Over the course of this Youth series, we invite middle schoolers and high schoolers to come and join our intentional community of youth where we’ll explore mindfulness and self-care practices for holistic wellness, support and healing.

We care about meeting people where they're at, which is why Chelsea, our youth yoga teacher who has over 15 years of experience in community and school-based education, adapts our classes to offer a variety of ways to practice connecting with self and community, including:

- Intentional breath work and breathing exercises
Community building circles where we’re invited to share our stories and build deeper connection to ourselves and those around us
Mindful movement
- Creative expression, including art and music-based activities
Relational games
Guided relaxation and meditation
