Yoga Sanctuary is a non-profit, holistic collective, offering a place of respite and integration for your body, mind, and spirit. We are glad you are here. We invite you to join us, whether you are an experienced yogi or new to yoga. We seek to teach safe, fun, relational yoga every day, to EVERY BODY.
The practice of yoga tells us that the seed of everything we need for peace and wholeness is already inside us, but living and practicing yoga is best done in the context of a supportive community.
Practicing yoga together, we will work to ignite the transformative and healing power of being fully present in our bodies and in our lives.

Do you want to dive deeper into your personal practice? Each of our teachers offers one-on-one private sessions that are tailored to meet your needs and accommodate any limitations you might have.
