Restorative Yoga + Acupuncture for Grief and Loss
Friday Oct 10th | with Dallas Rising & Dr. Cass
Grief and loss impact us in a myriad of emotional, physical, and mental ways. In this workshop, Dallas Rising and Dr. Cassandra Rose combine the power of restorative yoga with traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as acupuncture to support those that are currently grieving and healing.
Dallas will gently guide you into supportive, restorative postures, allowing you space and time to settle into your body. During a long savasana, corpse pose, Dr. Cass will give each student an acupuncture treatment in hands, arms, ankles, and feet supporting the lungs and other organs associated with grief.

Somatic Dance
Saturday Oct 4th | with Julia Andrighetti
Move, breathe, and heal in this somatic dance workshop. Through guided somatic explorations, yoga-asana-inspired movement, and breathwork throughout, you will find a supportive container for embodiment and connecting to your inner wisdom.
There will also be ample time for you to explore improvisational/ecstatic dance, accompanied by electronic and organic rhythmic music, in which all movement (and stillness) is welcome and celebrated as a transformative practice for release and healing as we collectively tap into our individual e-motions as energy in motion. This practice is both a movement-based meditative practice as well as a time of joyful connection and playful expression in community.
Ignite the transformative and healing power of yoga — together
The practice of yoga tells us that everything we need for peace and wholeness is already inside us, but living and practicing yoga is best done in the context of a supportive community. Together, we will work to ignite the transformative and healing power of being fully present in our bodies and in our lives.

Giving Yoga to All
As a holistic, nonprofit, neighborhood studio in South Minneapolis, we are committed to increasing access to safe, fun, relational yoga for ALL who desire it. We intentionally keep our class and workshop prices as low as possible, but this is still not affordable for some folks. There is an increased sense of division in our culture, including yoga. The heart and soul of yoga is to UNIFY — within ourselves, outwardly with others and expansively with the Divine/Creation/Universe.
We have outreach yoga programs in which we subsidize yoga for individuals and groups. We invite you to join us in SHARING ABUNDANTLY. If you share our values and want to help others find inner and outer healing through yoga, please donate.
