Ignite the transformative and healing power of yoga — together
The practice of yoga tells us that everything we need for peace and wholeness is already inside us, but living and practicing yoga is best done in the context of a supportive community.
As a Nonprofit Yoga Collective, we we seek to expand trauma-informed yoga programming beyond our studio doors and into our communities, including under-resourced community spaces, schools, neighborhood centers, organizations, and workplaces. Together, we will work to ignite the transformative and healing power of being fully present in our bodies and in our lives.

Partner Yoga
Friday April 24th | with Shelley & Laura
Working with a partner provides a unique opportunity to sense the challenge of 'holding our own' while 'holding another'as we seek balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment.
Partner yoga helps build relationship skills and confidence as we communicate verbally and nonverbally through shared movements and breath. Each must step outside themself to connect with the other and work together.
All are welcome! Singles, partners, friends.

Sound Healing
Friday April 24th | with Angie Ellen
As Spring energy continues to rise, this workshop offers an opportunity to pause, realign, and move forward with greater ease. Drawing from Five Elements theory and Biofield Tuning, we’ll work with the knees as an energetic bridge between structure and movement. Through qigong, sound and intention, we’ll explore the themes of containment, flexibility and flow to support the release of tension and reinforce steadiness and resilience.
This unique Sound Healing experience is filled with meditative sound from crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes and/or voice -- with the intention to support the release of accumulated energetic stagnation from Winter and welcome in Spring.

Kids & Caregivers Nature Yoga
Sunday April 26th | with Julia
During this special family workshop at the Lake Harriet Rose Gardens, you, parent(s)/caregiver(s), and your child (aged 6-11) will be guided through nature-inspired yoga poses and activities that help us tap into the ways that we are connected to nature. We will also explore how we can join the forces of our own nature like breath, focus, and mindfulness, for more inner and outer peace.
This will be a playful, intergenerational experience in which we all will practice yoga together, go on a nature scavenger hunt, enjoy a meditative snacking experience, and create a nature mandala. Join us as we celebrate NATURE and more time outside!

Giving Yoga to All
As a holistic, nonprofit, neighborhood studio in South Minneapolis, we are committed to increasing access to safe, fun, relational yoga for ALL who desire it. We intentionally keep our class and workshop prices as low as possible, but this is still not affordable for some folks. There is an increased sense of division in our culture, including yoga. The heart and soul of yoga is to UNIFY — within ourselves, outwardly with others and expansively with the Divine/Creation/Universe.
We have outreach yoga programs in which we subsidize yoga for individuals and groups. We invite you to join us in SHARING ABUNDANTLY. If you share our values and want to help others find inner and outer healing through yoga, please donate.
